Redrow needed a solution that was able to protect their people from potentially dangerous situations, especially when demonstrating show homes to customers alone.
Our sales consultants work alone in sales offices that are open to the public. They demonstrate show homes to our customers on weekends and up until 5:30pm. They are also required to lock up the show homes alone.
After a consultation session with Redrow, Orbis deployed multiple Sos Alarm devices to protect Redrow Homes employees during vulnerable situations. The solution included 24/7 monitoring from our Alarm Receiving Centre, full training and after care customer support.

Can you provide an example of how your team use our solution?
We recently had a situation where one of our sales consultants felt it necessary to use the Orbis tracker as she felt in an uncomfortable situation with a member of the general public. The sales manager received a call and so did the site manager on that development. The site manager made his way straight to the sales office and was able to provide assistance to the sales consultant.
