Location Positioning
Our devices provide regular location information, allowing us to identify a users whereabouts. We use a combination of GPS, Wifi, LBS Cell ID and recorded ‘amber’ messaging to ensure that we can always send help to the right place.

Red Alert
In the event of your staff needing help, we are on hand 24/7/365. Users can raise a Red Alert alarm discreetly with a simple press of a button. Our highly trained operators will locate, listen to, assess, and record the users situation.

Response and Escalation
We respond to 99.9% of alarms within 10 seconds and if necessary, using our BS8484 accreditation and Unique Reference Number (URN), we are able to escalate to the relevant local emergency services for priority one help. Full details of an event are provided immediately following an incident via our reports and customer portal.
